1 quart persimmon pulp  
2 eggs
1 cup sweet milk
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup butter
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix ingredients and bake at 350 
°F for 1 hour.

Persimmon Pudding (#003) (metric measurements)


950 ml persimmon pulp  
2 eggs
240 ml sweet milk
240g sugar
160g butter
360g flour
10 ml baking powder
2.5 ml nutmeg
2.5 ml cinnamon
Mix ingredients and bake at 177
°C for 1 hour.
